on demand film on my bill which i did not order

i will be phonong customer service today as my bill has just appeared with a charge for an on demand film on my bill which i did not order. And no; nobody else was in my house for over a week b4 and nobody since. what's adding insult to injury is it a film i wouldn't watch if you were to pay me, i can't stand star wars films, such purile rubbish.

phoned and once connected to an advisor It was sorted in seconds, Amazing service, well done Virgin Media.
