on demand error message 407

So fed up with Virgin, who keep saying this is a known problem and they are working hard to/have already fixed it.  I am trying to watch At Home with the Braithwaites season 3 cannot access some of the episodes at all eg ep 4, and can only watch partial ep 5  and six.

The link they refer to doesn't exist.  Should not have to keep working on this in my own time, problem resolution is something people normally get paid for in work 

Keep it up Virgin and at the end I am just cancelling the lot for good

Welcome to the Community, I'm massively sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently. 

 

Are you experiencing issues with any other On Demand content? We're not detecting any specific issues with your set top box at the moment and we're constantly working hard to address issues with individual shows.
