I have been a Virgin customer for many years,phone,tv,internet,but am looking for another provider.Virgin used to be good but are now a rubbish service.
3 weeks ago my home phone and mobile service was out of order,promised an engineer visit for one weeks time,waited in all day,no engineer. Finally got service back after another 2 days.
Now,as from last weekend I cannot get catch up tv or any interreactive service. Took me 3 phone calls to V irgin to get an engineer aappointment for next week!!. I had this same problem previously and had to wait a week for the fault to be fixed.
I feel that I am paying for services I cannot use,especially as I often get problems getting into my emails as well.
