no tv

Its been two days without tv or broadband. What the problem. You say post it will be fix at 8pm on the 28th. But still nothing.

Welcome to the Virgin Media Community, I'm massively sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your TV and Broadband service lately.

 

I've been able to locate your account and I can see you called after writing the post. As a result an engineer appointment was booked, but has since been cancelled. How are the services working for you at the moment?

 

We'll be here if it's not working as it should.
