no tv or broardband

This morning at 05.00 I awoke to find no TV or broadband but was assured that an engineer was on the way and would fix by 16.00, now he's still on the way and will be fixed by 10.05 Tomorrow is he walking to site or flying in from Australia, come on virgin you can do better you know you can.
