no 'red button' service on TV

Last 5 weeks have had no 'red button' service on TV, ( 'I Player', etc.) Phone 3 times using 150. Spoke to a person in GOA each time, not able to resolve problem. Had visit from Engineer on 8/8/16, who couldn't fix problem either. Have come to 'dead end', cannot contact Virgin Media no way. Shocking service !

I am sorry to learn about the recent issues with the no red buttong service. I have been testing the account and i've been unable to see the TV stats as it looks like the box is turned off?
