no on demand for 2 weeks

I have had no on demand for over 2 weeks reference 1035 second light flashing on box-still have original Telewest box from 2003!

Have tried disconnecting several times but still no luck

I can see you've been in touch and have an engineer appointment booked in which is great to see. 

 

It would be great to hear back how you get on after the appointment.  

 

I would like to just let you know if you find you can't make the appointment for any reason, you can reschedule by logging into your account via: Status Page When you see: "Already booked an engineer appointment? Click here to reschedule or cancel." you can reschedule from there.
