no catch up or on demand

for the last 10 days when it was very windy we have had no catch up or on demand i went all through it on the phone but to no avail,please advise and help me to rectify this problem.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you here. 
I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your On Demand and Catch Up service. This isn't what we like to hear and I'm happy to take a look at things for you. 
First of all I will need some account details from you as I've not been able to locate account using your Forum Credentials.
