new remote

Im need a new remote control, how do I go about getting one?

Ring 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Confirm your details when prompted -> Option 2 -> Report a TV fault -> Let any automated tests complete then when through to an agent, ask for a replacement remote to be sent out. Alternatively try asking via the Webchat between 8AM to 8PM M-Sa using a laptop or desktop: TV -> Help with my remote control -> Chat online. All agents busy? reload the page every 3 minutes and check again until you get through.
