inactive smart card on multi room box

hi, I've had my multi room v box turned off for a few weeks and have tried to turn it back on but I am getting an error message saying invalid smart card 3014.

I have tried to phone the help line and the automated response started to check the lines and asked me to reset after ten minutes however it is still showing the same fault

can someone help me please

You need to speak to someone to get the viewing card reactivated. Boxes need to be left on in standby or they miss updates & drop off the system.

I have tried to speak with customer services and not the automated response however it says they are closed and ends the call but online it says they are available until midnight
