i called last week

I called last week and spoke with your worker about canceling my contract Virgintv and Phone. Id like to have only broadband. But nothing changed. The phone is still working.....

Welcome to the community.

 

I have been able to locate your account and it looks like you still have an active phone line. I would recommend giving us a ring on 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone if you still wish to cancel this service.
