I've just upgraded from the basic 60+ channels to the 130+ channels via online services. I have received a confirmation email but no indication of when the upgrade will be applied or if I have to do anything? Just at the bottom of the confirmation it notes installation, I would have thought the upgrade would be done remotely and applied. Any help appreciated. Cheers
Between 24 and 48 hours because (believe it or not) the upgrade has to go through human processing at VM's end. It is not fully automated before the signal is sent. Phone 150 if you can't wait or if you have waited that length of time already. You can always try a reboot and see what happens.
