Experienced a power cut last night, when power came back on box rebooted, and I again i can not access the home button, i have rebooted the box twice this morning to no avail. Why can't I access home button AGAIN?

How are things looking today? I have taken a look at your boxes remotely and all is looking fine signal wise and all is online as it should be. If you're still experiencing a loss of On Demand or access to the Home page let me know and I can help further. Also if you can let me know if this is happening to all or just 1 of your boxes, that would be great and any error message info would be super also if you’re getting any errors.
