I keep getting the error code 6117 when watching various OD programs through my TiVo box, can anybody help me with this problem, its driving me mad. Thank you
You need to ring customer services, there are a number of things it could be and they will be able to run tests remotely.

Can I just check how long has this been happening for and are you still experiencing the same error after a mains reboot?

hello,yes its still happening and yes I've tried a system reboot but it still happening ,most OD shows last around 15mins and then error code comes on and its been happening for a few months now..kind regards
