downgrading by package

you only allow people to upgrade their services online? I have all three services but want to remove the TV service why can you not do this online???????

Not sure why you are so negative a simple call 150 solves your problem ?? As for hard sell simple answer No Thanks ?

hi calls to virgin are never simple! they are trained to talk you out of your decision just put the choices on line make it simple

Guy if you want to drop from one bundle to another call 150 tell them what you want to remove job done. You are making it sound like they are gonna put a gun to your head.

If you don't want to buy something, upgrade, etc. then you don't. What is difficult about that?

I have phoned several times this year, once to negotiate a new deal, twice to tell them I was not accepting the price rises. Not a problem, be polite but firm, that tends to work.

Anyway, one reason I have to phone, and I suspect that this applies to others, is that changing a package can affect any discounts currently applied. I would rather do that in person than rely on an automated system to do it; badly I suspect.
