If you don't want to buy something, upgrade, etc. then you don't. What is difficult about that?
I have phoned several times this year, once to negotiate a new deal, twice to tell them I was not accepting the price rises. Not a problem, be polite but firm, that tends to work.
Anyway, one reason I have to phone, and I suspect that this applies to others, is that changing a package can affect any discounts currently applied. I would rather do that in person than rely on an automated system to do it; badly I suspect.
Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team). ¡No Pasarán!
