device registration

I have been watching Virgin tv anywhere on my laptop for a while now, but today I can't watch sky sports any more as it says "device limit reached" even though i'm not watching on a new device. All other virgin channels seem to be ok.

when i go to the device settings page, it just loads for a while and i can't view my registered devices.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue re-adding your device for use with the Sky apps. If you updated the app or the OS then you would need to re-register your device. It's easy to do though so don't worry.
 
The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 
 
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.
