contract was to get terminated free 2/3/16

My Virginia was meant to switch off on 2/3/16 you never did this and you keep billing me I have letters and emails proving so you made a mistake and I am not getting punished for it

No mistake. In common with most providers, Virgin Media has a minimum contract period. At the end of this period, the contract remains on a 30 day rolling basis.

It is your responsibility to cancel this contract by giving 30 days notice or to re-negotiate another minimum contract period.
