I have been without catch up tv for 2 weeks now. According to this site the engineers have been working on this for almost a week. I have been given varying fix dates but the latest is monday 13th Feb. This is annoying as most of my viewing is on catch up !
I pay seventy odd quid a month for this service !!!
I would like a refund and an explanation of why this mnatter still has not been fixed after two weeks.
BTW - I can assure you that all of Virgin medias pay to view services are working perfectly!
