I recently signed an agreement but have changed my mind and want to cancel. The only numbers I can find to call request an account number but I haven't got one yet - how can I cancel???

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through to us.  If you ignore the account number stage and hang on it should still pass you through to a team member who can help you.  It does take a minute or so to pass this stage but it will eventually take you to the options you need to get through.
