cancelling TV package

Total wind up.
Am having major money troubles. So sadly have had to go free view and cancel my TV package. I pay £75 a month now. Phone. Internet and medium TV package. So I ring to cancel the TV and am told my bill will now be £62 a month!! Help please. I'm. Going to watchdog or somewhere to get help.
