cancellation of contract

hi, i'm having real problems cancelling my account and am continuing to receive bills.

I changed to another tv, bb, phone provider on 1st june having previously rung and informed virgin in May when I set up the new provider.

i've had 4 phone conversations to try and confirm cancellation, i've been assured id receive email confirmation which i haven't and i've now received another bill.

I've rung again today twice and given up after two 10 minute waits

Has anyone any suggestions how i can get through to someone who can put an end to this?
