i have c501 error when connecting to on demand this is the second time this week. I have completed the network error test and it says it has a problem with the connection n18 . completed the network test again and everything was successful but still cannot access on demand . please advise
We have a similar problem, and checking our service status it says that there are two issues known about, and that an engineer is on the way to fix them. There has been a hell of a lot of road digging around our are this past couple of days, and I was wondering if the problems we were experiencing were related.
