c130 error message

What does this mean?

Why is there a flashing light under the "heart" on my Tivo box?

Come home from work tonight to be told that the HD box downstairs took an age to load this morning after turning off.

The Tivo box upstairs took an age to start up also - approx 15 mins and now is left with the above errors.

There has been lots of pixelating on channels on both boxes, the Tivo box has turned itself off at least once a week and turned into a christmas lights display - all lights on at once and then taking age to restart.

Any clues as to issues......  lots of Virgin problems in our area as one poor neighbour has a Virgin Engineer in nearly every week  with assorted issues !
