I am sorry that there's been some issues with the services in the home, this isn't the best when it happens. I would like to help and have been testing the connection, everything looks like it's online again. Can you tell me if this is still happening? I checked the TV side and found that the TV guide data is a little out of date, keeping the box on overnight for a few days should sort this.
