My apologies you are having an issue with watching YouTube on your TV service.
We are aware of this issue and working towards getting this resolved. Does YouTube work on other devices within the property such as mobiles/laptops/tablets? If so you can use these until this is resolved.
Once there are any further updates we will let you know.
If you don't mind, I'd like to second what you are saying too.
YouTube is a REAL pain on Virgin. First of all it takes FOREVER to turn on and then the freezing between shows is really annoying.
I've had my box replaced because I thought the slowness of everything including the freezing of YouTube would be due to an old box, but I still have the same problem with the replacement box (which is actually manufactured a year before than my previous box).
Hopefully they can sort us out a proper smart box before we start getting smarter TV's to do it for us.
