Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum Sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the YouTube app.
As Shelke advised, there is a current known issue with the YouTube app when used via the TiVo® box, but this shouldn't cause a problem with your built in Smart TV app--only if you access YouTube through your TiVo®.
There is a recent update on this, explained in our Community Lead's post. Please click the link here to see this post. We have no fix time on this, but are working to get this issue resolved.
