We're not detecting any issues at the moment. I can see you have more than one set top box, is this occurring on both? Do you notice it happening at certain times of day or with certain channels? Sorry for all the questions we'd like to get through to the bottom of this as soon as possible.

I have been able to test the TiVo and she is looking quite healthy right now, which is great
I would like to know a little more about the circumstances of these moments of pixelation. Can you tell me if this is happening whilst in the morning/afternoon/evening? Also can you list the HD channels that are affected?
