I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your channels and I'm sorry your call got cut off. That's not the way we operate!
I've located your account and sent signal hits to both boxes to update them. Can you try a mains reset for me? Just switch the boxes off at the mains, leave them off for about a minute then switch them back on.
Once they've booted back up, check to see if you're still missing the channels.
