My TV channel numbers have changed significantly and no notice was given to users. Surely a mail message could have been sent forewarning users of this significant change to the operation of your TV service? When I tried to talk to a person on the 150 help line about customer service complaints no person is contactable and there is no longer any email contact available to contact Customer Services. The 150 service is totally devoid of human contact. This is not a customer friendly interface.
