If you haven't already, it might be worth trying to reboot your box. If that doesn't fix the problem, chances are, after the issue, you possibly could have been unsubscribed. Technical support at 150 on a virgin number or 0345 454 1111 on any other number, or any superuser on the forum (I believe, could be wrong on this one) should be able to reactivate it for you and fix the problem.
