Why can't I get the box sets!

I had a TV box in my room ( the main one downstairs) which i could get all the box sets no problem. However this stopped working and had to have a new box. Now I have hardly any box sets on the on demand service and cant seem to find the one I was watching. It's almost like its been deleted! 

Has anybody else had this problem?

If your box is NOT a TiVO, then the box sets will be missing, as per this announcement:
