Web Chat for existing customers. Does it ever work?

How come every time I try to use web chat for existing customers it is always busy?

I have been trying for the last few days, but no joy.

However anytime I go onto the virginmedia.com page I keep getting a live chat popup which is instantaneously responded to even at 11pm.

Thanks for posting!

 

Our Web Chat Team can get very busy. If you stay on the page and keep refreshing then you should be able to get through to an available agent. I understand it can be a bit frustrating and I apologise for that.

 

If you query is a bit more urgent you can give our team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.

I assume that by Urgent you mean 15 minutes waiting to get to an automated menu and then trying to navigate through that menu to speak to a human being
