We lost sky sports one last night for 40 minutes and had to wait 35 minutes to be answerred

35 minutes waiting for customer services to answer the telephone, hey virgin this is the 20th century for goodness sake get up to speed. You charge high fees but every week there is a fault, either v box going wonky, Tivo box stuttering, can't send emails or the favourite one, no broadband.

 

I realise we are up in the higher reaches of the country in Edinburgh but should not be getting a third rate service and be charged high fees

I'm sorry that you have been experiencing varied disruptions with the services.  It isn't great to hear that you had to wait to get through to get this sorted.
