I think there are 3 threads on this subject now. Still no real response however. Just keep plugging away until you eventually get an answer.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with this.
Our network technicians picked up an issue with certain Sky and Channel 4 programs (although most of these should be fine now).
I've checked Flash on our office box and this should be working now. Can you check to see if it's working on your end?
