I currently have a W02 error on the majority of my channels.
Ive done the connect to virgin media in the settings, nothing happened, then did the turn off for 10 mins thing, the channels came back, now after an hour or so it's gone again!,,,
had a fault with Netflix for 3 weeks wouldn't load, engineer came out and gave ma a new box. Now got this error!
