W HD (formally known as Watch HD) not showing its schedule for over a week on both V+HD boxes in our house - "No programme information". SD/ + channels are fine.
Tried reboot, unplug/remove CA Card, still the same. This is after several "engineers" have visited our property, as well as carrying out work on the box at the end of the street.
This could be one for mailing to firstname.lastname@example.org - they cover V+ as well as tivo guides. I'm assuming of course, that the same problem on 2 boxes is pointing at a guide fault rather than box.
