Virgin remote

My virgin remote stopped working suddenly last Saturday. I tried new batteries, rebooting etc without success. I phoned virgin media and they said they would send a new one, 3 to 5 working days. Today is day 5 and I was just wondering if there is anyway of tracking it. I have Virgin + box.

Sorry you haven't received your remote control yet.

 

I've checked the account and an order has been placed. It's likely the delivery has been delayed but, just to make sure, I've sent out another replacement.
