Virgin media TV

I'm fed up with paying my account every month when your net work is all ways down! I've paid my account this month and I've had no internet and loosing channels since yesterday! Sort it out!

What have the faults department said about your problems when you contacted them?

Hollie, get onto Virgin and complain whenever you lose the service, they will deduct the cost from your bill.
