Virgin hd box stopped working

I have a second box upstairs alongside TiVo downstairs. Secondary box has stopped working and now shows no lights. Was working fine when it was last used. How do I report this to virgin media? Do I need to book a technician or request a replacement box?

You phone up and report your fault.

Virgin Media decide what action is required - dispatch replacement box or engineer.

Thanks for the reply. Phoned up and had a replacement box sent out. Still not working though so am awaiting an engineer.
