Virgin fail to send info!

Recently updated my TiVo package and was advised that I would get 6mths free Netflix. I was told to expect a pin code by mail of email...... neither has arrived. also told would get login for my paperless account..... again ...NOTHING

Help Virgin........ I'm growing tired of your systems not working!!!!
