Virgin TV box keeps rebooting

Ah...this is terribly annoying.  Any fix for this?  It keeps rebooting and then takes 5-10 minutes to "start up".

 

Has done it four times this morning and each time the tv is on for only 1 or 2 minutes before it restarts again.

 

Help!

Just phoned it in and got a recorded message. It's an Area problem, if you are in a  different area to Luton, Stevenage and surrounds then phone it in or they won't look at it and get engineers out.

 


Even then they need a good few phone calls before they will accept there is an area fault, even if you have checked with nearby neighbours to see if they are also having the same problems and told the CS people, just keep on and insist you want to report an area fault.

Not starting up at all in SG13 (which I guess may be classed as Stevenage based on postcode)!

Mine gets to the home menu with TV in the little box then immediately restarts again. Wondering if I should switch it off til it is sorted?
