Virgin TV Anywhere

So heres the rub.

You provide virgin TV anywhere, to allow you to watch whatever is currently live on the Tivo box, but, you have to register a device. If you have to reset the machine, which I did last night and you want to watch something tonight, you need to register a device again. Great. So you remove a device from the system, then add it back in using, as it was in my case Edge, which for some reason, despite being a new browser doesn't work with TV Anywhere, so you then have to remove it again, and then because you have already made two changes to the system, you are screwed for a month.

So to the questions.

1 - Why do you limit the changes to 2 per month?

2 - Why only 2 devices when I have a possible 11 that I may well like to use?

3 - Why can't you just let me watch anything live if I can log in with my account that I created when I took on the service?

Re: Virgin TV Anywhere

Slightly different question then.

When you use edge and then internet explorer on the same device, why are they counted as two devices?

Re: Virgin TV Anywhere

becuase it stores the registration information in the cache for that browser and browsers so not share this information.
