Virgin TV '80hrs free' message

Hi,
Just got the v+box HD fitted and it has an '80hrs free' black box at the top of my television screen. Anyway to remove this from my television?

The disk free space indicator should only show when the V+ menus are displayed. If its displayed at any other time there is a fault with the box.

I'll be happy to help find out what's happening here with the '80 hours free' message on your screen.  Is it still present today?  If so, have you tried powering off/on the box to refresh?
