Virgin Multiroom

I have a second box, if I cancel the multi room subscription for the second box , does this just remove the pay channels and leave the box as receiving just free to air channels, or does the signal to the box get switched off?

Thanks. Nick.

Re: Virgin Multiroom

As long as you keep your phone service you will be able to view Freeview channels only. But I believe there will be a monthly charge for keeping your second box operational. Call 150 choose Tv option explain what you are looking for and someone will advise you.

Re: Virgin Multiroom

Removing the multiroom charge means that you have to return the box to Virgin Media. You are no longer paying to use the box.
