Hello I have called 150 to try to report my defective remote control but the automated systems want to check my whole service and that is fine. The remote has broken buttons such as the sound. I can turn the sound up but the button to turn it down doesn't work so now I am back to using 2 controllers and my existing TV controller doesn't work to turn the sound up so its I right pain! Please can you tell me how to get a replacement for my faulty Virgin Media remote. Thank you.
Call 150 / 0345 454 1111 and go with option 2 (faults) then TV fault report option.

It is staffed between 9AM to 5PM (M-Sa) and you should use a desktop or laptop device to access the page. If it says all agents are busy, either read the page every three minutes and check again - or leave the page up until a chat prompt show and use that.
