I have been with Virgin a long time & never had many problems with tivo box. But the last few weeks everything is very slow, even just getting the guide up. I gave up deleting recordings as it keot buffering and taking ages. Used to be quick. Is it my box?? Plus im supposed to have faster broadband since i changed my package, but its slower!

I've had a peek at your account and I can see an issue with the input signal levels (this is the signal that feeds into your box from our network). This could possibly be what's causing the issues you've described.
