I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error on the V+ service right now. I will be happy to help check this out for you.
Can you please let me know if you have checked the thick white wire at the back of the box to ensure all is tight and secure? I have taken a look at your box remotely and is currently showing as 'Offline'. This most likely is due to the fault you're experiencing, can you also confirm if the box is currently turned on?
