Vbox not working


My Samsung Vbox has stopped working and is showing "ld:04" & "ld14" in the the display screen on the Vbox. This has happened a few times recently but it has only lasted an hour or so and has then started working again normally. This time it hasn't fixed itself and the TV has not worked for a couple of days. I've tried resetting and checked all the leads are secure but that has had no impact. Any help would be much appreciated!

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your Vbox at the moment.
