Hi Having Same Problem Again. Smart card invalid is a popup message every 5 seconds saying so can you please can you send me a signal as quick as possible and get this problem resolved so i can start watching my TV again.

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I've sent the relevant signals down the line to get the service updated. Could you now restart the box? Has the messaged disappear?
