Getting really **bleep** off with VM as I am still unable to watch progs from Monday eg Doctors, University Challenge. They freeze after just a few seconds. Why do I pay over £80 per month????

Really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your On Demand.
Can you check the coaxial cable (white cable) is screwed firmly into the back on the box? Does this fault affect all On Demand content?
